Your guests' data
We hold very little about your guests.
You decide what you take. We run the software for you and keep only what it needs.
- Booking phone numbers are kept about 3 months.
- A guest is only remembered if they say yes.
- No card numbers. No IP addresses.
- Order numbers are kept 6 years for your tax records; personal details are cleared after a year.
- Guests can delete their own data any time.
- We never use your guest list to market to them.

Do my guests need to install an app?
No. They scan the QR code and the menu opens in their phone browser.
Who holds the money?
You do. Guests pay you, through your own card machine or your own Stripe account. We never see a card and never hold a penny, and we take no cut of any order. We only charge the monthly plan, and the price you join at is your price for as long as you stay on that plan.
What can't it do yet?
No printing to kitchen printers, no link to a till, no accountant export, no WhatsApp reminders, no loyalty points, no delivery-app link, one location only, English only. We list it here so you do not find out later.
Which countries can sign up?
The UK, Canada and Nepal today. Paying online through Stripe needs a Stripe account, which Nepal does not have yet. Nepal restaurants use the table flow with cash or their own card or QR machine, and the waiter marks the bill paid.
